Niangua is a city in Webster County, Missouri, United States. The population was 494 at the 2009 census. It lies three miles from Interstate 44 and five miles north of Marshfield.
Niangua is part of the Springfield, Missouri Metropolitan Statistical Area.
United States Senator Roy Blunt was born in Niangua.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 445 people, 179 households, and 124 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,088.6 people per square mile (419.1/km²). There were 202 housing units at an average density of 494.1 per square mile (190.2/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 96.18% White, 0.45% African American, 2.02% Native American, 0.67% from other races, and 0.67% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.35% of the population.
There were 179 households out of which 31.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 55.9% were married couples living together, 11.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.2% were non-families. 27.9% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.49 and the average family size was 3.04.
In the city the population was spread out with 26.1% under the age of 18, 8.1% from 18 to 24, 27.0% from 25 to 44, 23.6% from 45 to 64, and 15.3% who were 65 years of age or older.
